Lisa Townsend, PharmD

Lisa Townsend, PharmD

Lisa has been working for Hill’s for 25 years. Hometown, independent pharmacies have always been her preferred practice setting. She grew up in Caroline County and graduated from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science with a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 1996. Lisa lives in Easton with her husband, Butch, 2 children, Jack and Sammy, and yellow lab, Ruger. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her children’s sporting events, and traveling to Disney World.

Joy Murtha, PharmD

Joy is from Swarthmore, Pennsylvania. She began working in a pharmacy at age 14. She graduated from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science. She has worked in various pharmacy settings, but her true love is community pharmacy, so she is very happy at Hill's. In her spare time Joy enjoys being with her family, caring for their many animals, cooking, reading and most forms of needle work.

Kasey Royer, PharmD

Kasey Royer, PharmD, Compounding Pharmacist

Kasey is celebrating her decade anniversary as a Pharmacist this year. She attended West Virginia University school of Pharmacy in Morgantown, West Virginia graduating in 2008. A native of the Eastern Shore, Kasey returned to the shore to practice pharmacy in a home town setting and joined the Hills Team in 2014. She and her husband Jared, currently live in Easton with their three young children Grayson, Kennedy, and Brayden.

Kristin Tallent, PharmD

Kristin is a Compounding Pharmacist and the Hormone Replacement Therapy Specialist. She completed her pre-pharmacy coursework at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania and went on to obtain her Doctor of Pharmacy at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She describes her pharmacy approach as ‘Conventionally trained with an open mind towards Complimentary therapies’

Kristin has a passion for the personalization of custom compounded medications including Bio-identical Hormone Therapy. She is committed to working with customers & their physicians to determine the best possible format and dosing for each individual. Kristin & her husband apply the ‘open mind’ philosophy outside of work as well, taking on as many new ‘life adventures’ as possible...often with a humble sense of humor!

Steve Kloch, PharmD

Steve started his life in Baltimore City He graduated from University of Maryland Pharmacy School in 1980. After relocating to the Eastern Shore of Maryland he began working at Cantner’s Drug Store in Federalsburg. He joined the team at Hill’s Drug Store on a part time basis after his retirement from Cantner’s in 2013.
